On July 26, 2025, the Vmax Solar and Bspro Solar Energy Photovoltaic Lighting Industrial Park, located in Jianghai District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, celebrated a major milestone – the successful completion of its topping-out ceremony. The event gathered industry leaders, government officials, and partners to witness this historic moment.

During the ceremony, Mr. Cai Hu, General Manager of Vmax Group and Chairman of Bspro Solar Energy, delivered a heartfelt and inspiring speech. He warmly welcomed all distinguished guests and emphasized that mastering new quality productivity and upgrading to smart manufacturing are the keys to business growth.
He announced that the Vmax & Bspro Industrial Park will continue to increase investment in digital informatization and intelligent management, working with top partners to transform traditional production into smart manufacturing. In the future, the park will also collaborate with universities and enterprises in integrated R&D, production, and marketing, boosting innovation in solar street lights, solar flood lights, photovoltaic lighting systems, and energy storage solutions.
Topping-Out Marks a New Construction Phase
Located at the northeast intersection of Longxi Road and Pingde Road in Jiangmen High-Tech Development Zone, in the heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Bspro Smart Manufacturing Base covers 35 acres with a total construction area of approximately 86,000 square meters.
The park will feature modern production workshops, R&D centers, office buildings, and supporting facilities, equipped with advanced international production technologies, creating a high-tech photovoltaic lighting manufacturing hub integrating R&D, production, and sales. The topping-out signifies that the main structure has been completed, and the project is now entering the stage of equipment installation and interior works, aiming for full operation in 2026.
Focusing on Smart Manufacturing and Global Collaboration
Once operational, the park will specialize in smart manufacturing, new materials, and renewable energy, offering premium solar lighting products to global customers. Leveraging Jiangmen’s well-developed lighting and electrical industry chain, Vmax Solar and Bspro Solar Energy will expand international partnerships through strategies of value chain globalization, industrial chain collaboration, and upstream-downstream synergy, optimizing costs and achieving sustainable growth.
